There are things of beauty all over when we just take the time to look around our surroundings and see it. It doesn't matter if you live in the city or countryside or even on an island, there are things that are beautiful anywhere. For those of us that do crafts, painting, jewelery or art pieces, pretty scenery is a place to take inspiration from for sure.
Living in such a gorgeous place like the Virgin Islands it's hard to not see something inspirational each day; the crystal turquoise water, the bright green of the palm trees, the colorful tropical flowers and fun wildlife like the iguanas, lizards and birds but I also enjoy traveling to the states and seeing wineries, sunflowers, fog, orchards and coastal places that I grew up with as well. I seem to appreciate it more now that I am older and have learned to really open my eyes and see the beauty in each place that I visit.
Be sure to take a look around your home and surroundings each day and enjoy the beauty in things that your right in front of. Let them inspire you and learn to search out things that make you creative in your life. It's a fun way to travel through life.
